Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the lighting fixtures in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware, instructions, and components are included.

• 3.
  Shipping and Labels

  Affix the provided return label to the exterior of the shipping box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
